Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of course content or attending more than two live sessions, whichever comes first.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. EMI payments are refunded on a pro-rata basis for amounts already paid.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Scholarship or free enrollments
• Violation of terms of service
• Requests made after the eligibility window
• Issued certificates for completed courses
